Common causes
- Overwrite off and alt text already present
- Skip previously processed enabled
- Published only / active only / vendor filter excluded the product
- Featured only or first N mode left gallery images untouched
- Specific Products selection omitted the product
Adjust filters and re-run, or enable overwrite when you intentionally want replacements.
