Use the admin action to fill blank alt text on a product’s images.
From Shopify product admin, you can run an ALT SEO action that fills images missing alt text on that product.
Important behavior
- Only fills missing alt text
- Does not overwrite existing alt text
- Uses your current Settings (language, style, keywords, prompt)
- Consumes credits per image filled
To replace existing alt text, create a New Task with overwrite enabled instead.
