Change ALT SEO app interface language
Settings General lets you pick one of 12 UI languages (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Swedish, Polish).

Open Settings → General and choose the Interface language. Supported UI locales: en, fr, de, es, it, pt, zh, ja, ko, nl, sv, pl.
Changing the UI language does not change the AI generation language — set that separately under AI Generation Preferences.
