Process only featured product image alt text
Choose Only process the featured image in the bulk wizard to update the primary product image only.

Select Only process the featured image under image processing options. Secondary gallery images are skipped for that task.
With auto-process new images on, featured-only mode only processes a new image when it becomes the primary/featured image.
